It's official! The Fine Arts Hall is now the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall!
Center Road has also been renamed as Sasser Ln., in honor of both Dr. Sasser and his wife Layne.
Dr. Sasser served as president of the college from 2001 until his retirement on January 31, 2020.
Ready to join our growing team? Join our team full-time in the fast-paced sign industry as a fabricator. We offer competitive pay, paid holidays, vacation days, sick days. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator that is eager and able to learn the new technologies and techniques the sign industry has to offer. Previous sign industry experience is a plus but not required. Start or continue an exciting and creative career with a well-established company open since 1964.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receiving orders
• Build signs and sign frames
• Basic facility maintenance
• Install non-electrical and electric signs on buildings
• Install non-electrical signs in the ground
• Apply vinyl graphics to almost any surface
• Use of power tools
• Welding assembly of signage
• Organize and continue organization and cleanliness of production facility
REQUIREMENTS:
• Welding both Aluminum and steel
• Able to use tools and measure and use panel saws, rotary drills, hammer drills, welder, etc
• Applicants must possess a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Properly and efficiently abides by safety guidelines and uses extra caution while using tools to perform the nature of this role.
