To our Patients:
Starting June 1st we can finally start serving our wonderful patients again! Just be aware that things will look a little different around here. With new guidance from the IL Department of Public Health, our office will be changing our “normal” routines to do our part in minimizing patients risk.
- Patients will call when they arrive for their appointments and wait in their cars until we are ready to see them.
- Only those with appointments may enter the office, except for minors or those needing a caretaker
- Patients are to wear a mask when coming into the office.
- Upon entry, patients temperature will be taken and certain questions will be asked regarding any symptoms/exposure of COVID-19.
- We will have fewer patients in the office at one time and will also limit patient-patient overlap.
- We will be wearing extra Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to minimize transmission and protect both patients and ourselves.
- We have also installed other safety measures that go beyond the IDPH's recommendations.
We will start slow to make sure we all have these new routines down. These guidelines and protocols are ever-changing and we are doing our best to stay on top of them to keep everyone safe.

Candidates should be familiar with Eaglesoft, verifying insurance, creating treatment plans, and reconciliation of accounts. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detailed oriented, and have exceptional customer service skills. Previous dental experience preferred.
