For more than thirty years Kristine Provenza has worked in perhaps the most difficult medium that there is, that of transparent watercolor. Her signature style is wet on wet watercolor with a luminescent quality that sets her work apart and makes each painting sing.
Though she is most famous for her breathtaking work in watercolor, and has been honored with awards for many pieces in this medium, over the years Kristine has also won awards for her work in pastels, oils and acrylics. She has recently returned to doing work in acrylics, and the paintings in her Wave and Abstract Series are strong, bright, vibrant and fun. Today, her outstanding work is showcased in both corporate and private collections around the globe.
