Found them thru their meticulous ratings on Angie's list. Brent came, and got the job done. All I can say is these guys gave me a renewed faith in this industry. Timely, super reasonable and honest, great communication, and just simply nice. Family owned. I've had one or two bad experiences [with other companies], but with Gatza now, it doesn't get better—for me anyway. I *highly* recommend to everyone!

As the weather turns colder (then warm, then cold again), don't forget to schedule your fall furnace tune-up! Mice and other critters are looking for a warm place and your outdoor unit is just the spot. Unfortunately, if they chew through the wires and use them for their nest your furnace may not work when you want to be warm!
