Gaylord Collision Inc is deemed an “essential business” by the standards U.S. Department of Homeland Security CISA; therefore, we are 100% open for business. We will continue to work with our local and state officials to monitor our classification as time moves forward. We are, however, making some internal changes and upgrading procedures already in place to protect our employees, suppliers, and our valued customers. These changes include the following:
• Our lobby – closed with services offered through appointments or curbside assistance (989-732-1941)
• Our parts and supply deliveries – placed in designated zones and sanitized upon delivery
• Our facility – cleaned multiple times per day
• Customers vehicles and keys – sanitized upon receipt and delivery
