All active personal auto customers will be automatically credited 20% of their April and May premiums. There’s nothing you need to do. We’ll calculate your credit at the end of each month, and you’ll see it reflected in your account within a few weeks. Once we’ve calculated the credit for your policy, we’ll automatically apply it to any outstanding balance or your next bill. And if you’re already paid in full, we’ll return the credit amount directly to your payment account or issue you a check. Learn more about what we’re doing to help our customers here.

Due to the recent recommendations by the CDC, the WHO, and our state mandates and closures surrounding COVID-19, Gellor Insurance has decided to be closed to walk in customers effective today 3/17/20 until further notice in an effort to do our part to help keep our staff and our community healthy. We will continue to be here to service your insurance needs over the phone and by email. If you have an urgent matter that you feel needs to be handled in person, please give us a call to set up an appointment and be sure to follow all of the current sanitary guidelines. We have hand gel and are using disinfectant wipes regularly. Thank you for your patience and understanding during the unprecedented time. Together we will get through this.
