This is a frozen coil, usual culprit is dirty filter. When the ice melts the water should go down a drain, unless that drain is plugged. You will know the drain is plugged by the water going into and around the furnace.

Nice install Gene! We install humidifiers too. Something to keep in mind now that the static shocks and dried out skin starts.
