About Michelle de la Vega, DDS
Michelle de la Vega, DDS, is a second-generation dentist following in the footsteps of her dentist father. Dr. de la Vega sees patients at Genesis Dentistry Dental Group in Santa Clara, California. Her dentistry goal is to create beautiful, confident smiles that last a lifetime. Dr. de la Vega takes pride in giving patients confidence in their smiles through the smile makeovers she provides.
Dr. de la Vega earned her doctor of dentistry from the University of the Philippines Manila School of Dentistry. She then completed postgraduate dental training at Las Vegas Institute Global, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in Madison, Wisconsin, and Northern California Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry.
To provide her patients with the most advanced dental and orthodontic care available, Dr. de la Vega continued her education with a mini-residency through the Astra Tech Implant System. She also completed multiple certification courses in Invisalign®️, Straight-Wire®️ orthodontics, Lumineers®️ veneers, Pinhole Gum Rejuvenation™, and ClearCorrect™ aligners.
Dr. de la Vega is committed to serving her community and earned the service excellence award by the California state senator of the 10th district. She volunteers in her church choir and assists in City of San Jose programs, including anti-tobacco, high school mentorship, and the Christmas toy drive. She served on the board for the San Jose Month of the Young Child and president of the Fil-Am Chamber of Commerce.
When she’s not improving patient smiles, Dr. de la Vega enjoys spending time with her two young children. She is creative and plays piano, paints, and draws, and maintains an active lifestyle with volleyball, swimming, basketball, and soccer.
