With the amount of rain NC has received this past year we have had a lot of customers with drainage issues. This customer had a very unique and it was more of a challenge for us to tackle this drainage issue. The land does not perc. Meaning the water just stays and does not absorb into the ground and when it does it is at a very slow rate. This customer had a lot of standing water everywhere. We installed a drainage system to help direct the water flow away from his house and out of his backyard to the very back of his property. As you can see in the before & after pictures there was a lot of water flowing and after the drainage system was installed there was no more standing and flowing water.
Here is a beautiful way to dress up your flower beds. We used a decorative rock in the bed and installed soil separation fabric underneath to keep weeds at bay.

Here is a beautiful walkway with steps that we built for a client using Pavestone Materials. We installed Green Giant Arborvitae for a privacy hedge between their home and the neighbors. The Green Giant will grow to be 20-30' at maturity. We also installed Camellias, Sunshine Ligustrum and Encore Azaleas next to the house to add some color and softness next to the beautiful brick home.

Here is a beautiful patio completed by Genesis Landscape, Contracting & Design. A Paver Patio using Pavestone Pavers in a "K" pattern and a contrasting color for the circle. We used super sand in between the joints to keep out weeds and it also doesn't wash away.

Our client was having drainage issues creating flooding in his yard. We installed a Drainage System with grading the yard to help divert the water to help with the standing water issue and direct the water towards a french drain with River Rocks. We used a 3/4" North East River Rock and created an outdoor patio area for entertaining. We installed a Pavestone 8" retaining wall block with 4" cap to raise up the patio area.
A recent client was having Drainage issues with water coming towards his home & pool. We redirected the water flow by Grading and adding a Drainage System. We installed French drains and created a Rock Swale to keep the water flowing into the direction we wanted it to away from the pool and the home. We installed Bermuda sod which is currently dormant and will be a beautiful green this Summer.

Our client had a stream of water that would flow through his backyard when it rained leaving standing water. We corrected the water situation by Grading the backyard and forcing the water to flow directly towards the Drainage System we installed. We installed a French Drain. We also installed Surface Drains and tied in the gutters.
