To better our service, we offer a 1 year Service Maintenance Agreement, based on the number of copies that you make, which includes:

As part of our service agreement, Geoda offers regular preventative maintenance visits, which minimize downtime while maximizing the lifetime expectancy of all our machines. We ensure that your machine is and will continue to be in great working condition.
We strive for same day service and our certified technicians will respond to your requests and support your equipment in a timely manner. Our average response time in 2007 was under four hours.
In the case of a major breakdown, we will replace your machine with a newly refurbished demo within 48 hours. Contracts are automatically renewed for existing customers.
