To All Our Valued Customers:
Keeping you safe and healthy has always been the goal of George Allen and Sons, Inc. Through these extraordinary times, we want to ensure your health and safety continues to be our highest priority.
As outlined within the Santa Cruz County Health Department’s Covid-19 shelter-in-place directive, plumbers are considered an essential service to ensure you have functioning sanitation and water services.
We will continue to offer high-quality services to our customers through this crisis. Drain cleaning, repairing broken pipes, repairing/replacing water heaters and other essential services for your health and safety will be prioritized through April 7, 2020. Any non-essential plumbing services may be rescheduled for after April 7th in adherence with our local health and safety mandates.
Our staff are following all CDC guidelines of frequent hand washing, carrying hand sanitizers, gloves and masks in their vehicles to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We ask that you do the same for our plumbers visiting your homes.
If you are quarantined due to illness or exposure and need an essential plumbing service, please advise our office so our plumbers can protect themselves and their families when assisting you.
If we work together as a community, we can protect the health and safety of all our neighbors, service workers, families, and seniors to stop the spread of this growing pandemic.
Thank you for your assistance and understanding,
Jon Allen, President
