Mullan has more than fifty years of experience, and he’s proud to serve men and women throughout the Detroit metropolitan area from his practice offices in Rochester Hills and Hazel Park, Michigan. In his time practicing, he’s just about seen it all and has a comprehensive understanding of conditions affecting the eyes, as well as the relationship between eye health and the rest of the body.
