How long does it last?
This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. Many hair extensionists prefer Brazilian or Indian hair because it is beautiful and unprocessed which makes it last longer than any other kind of hair.
How many bundles do I need?
You can get a full head installation under the following suggestions. If your head size is bigger than standard, it is better to take one more bundle.

Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
Your hair extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide toothe comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
How can I avoid the shedding problem?
The first time you wash it, it may have a little shedding; don't worry, this is a normal phenomenon. Brush them with a wide tooth comb, wet them before you brush them. Please comb from the end first, then to the top. Hair loss can be caused by many things. Heat damage from blow dryers, curling irons and flatirons as well as coloring and extensions all result in breakage.
Why don't the colors seem exactly as the picture shows?
Different monitors have different displays. Every time, even the same color number will have a little color difference. Please ask for help from your hair dresser for the color codes as the international color swatch says.

What size should I order?
We suggest you order the same as your shirt size. If you are in between sizes, or you would like a more comfortable fit you should order one size up.

No. Because of the personal nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. This guarantees that your products are brand new when you receive them (never worn by anyone else).
