Our old truck is leaving us today, it's rather sad for me as it is the same year that my oldest son was born and it's carried our business for many years.
At the start of our ninth year we are once again incorporating changes to our business strategy. With the exception of 2018 we have primarily performed all jobs on the weekends Friday thru Sunday. The reason for that was: my wife and I worked full time jobs, and we wanted to focus on building our clientele. In 2018 we ran full time because the company my wife worked for closed their doors. She went back to work full time after the 2018 season and for 2019 we again just doing weekends.
Problem with part time was: our business has grown and by mid season we were booked and either passing on jobs to other reputable companies, or booking for the spring.
Well, now it's my turn. The company I have worked for for just over 24 years is closing
Thanks to our returning customers, customer referrals, as well as referrals from some local asphalt contractors I feel it is time to go all in.
We are looking forward to an exciting season.
