To All Employees:
In light of the recent coronavirus threats, and with the ever increasing need to ensure security of our systems, we are implementing new password rules. You must now change your password every 3 days. The rules for creating a password are as follows:
1. Cannot be any part of your name, first, last or middle initial.
2. Cannot be a repeat of the last password with a few characters changed.
3. Must be at least 26 characters long.
4. Must contain at least one of each of the following types of letters:
a. Upper case letters
b. Lower case letters
c. Numbers
d. Special characters: i.e. #$% etc.
e. One of the characters must be entered by pressing the key with your elbow.
We have enabled new registry entries in Windows 10 that can sense the pressure of characters typed on the keyboard. This way if someone does manage to get your password they will not be able to tell which character of your password was typed with the elbow and therefore will be unable to hack into your account.
