The City of Medford is offering a huge incentive to homeowners to build additional ADU's on their property.
For 18 months, the city will waive all system development charges for an ADU and is also offering homeowners the choice of four fully completed design plans for an ADU. Plans already approved by the city.
The total incentive is about $10,000.
The City hopes to add inventory to the housing stock as a result.
