ESTATE PLANNING AND POWERS OF ATTORNEY
With so many confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Washington, Gig Harbor Law strongly recommends having your estate planning in order for the sake of you and your loved ones. Estate Planning is more than just wills and trusts; everyone should have someone named as their Power of Attorney to make financial and medical decisions for them in case of emergency.
NOW is the time to review your last Will and Testament and your Powers of Attorney in case you are unable to make decisions. You may also consider a Power of Attorney for a minor child to be utilized in the case of your incapacity or quarantine.
As we do everything we can not to spread the disease, Gig Harbor Law is still able to work with you remotely to ensure these things are in place during this difficult time. We can be reached at 253-509-0625 for remote scheduling.
