I have many years experience helping people work through difficulties and build a better self awareness. It’s normal to struggle at different times in your life, yet painful and confusing experiences can be hard to mange on your own. In therapy we can work together creating space to sort through and understand your concerns and build on your strengths. I am committed to helping you move forward and find more meaning and satisfaction in your life and relationships.
My fees are $70 per session and I can offer a sliding fee scale for those who need it.
