We are looking for a talented:
Driver Manager
General Responsibilities:
Mandatory 42+ hours/week, overtime welcome
All management are required to participate in the following:
Food and equipment inventory and ordering
Hiring and Firing as needed
Cash handling
Ongoing staff development
Providing exceptional customer service
Daily operations and staff oversight
Attend weekly managerial meeting
Conduct quarterly department meetings
Qualifications and Skills:
2 years management experience preferred (*not required)
Ability to maintain positive attitude and team mentality
Must be self-motivated and receptive to performance feedback
High School Diploma or GED
Driver Manager must have clean driving record, valid drivers’ license, and proof of current insurance
Compensation:
$35-42k annual starting wage
Free meal on shift
Paid PTO
Driver Manager will be permitted use of company vehicle while on shift
