We are extremely proud to be associated with the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence and to be a part of the important work they do representing victims of gun industry negligence and illegality. Today, the Brady Campaign and Glisson & Morris filed suit on behalf of a woman seriously injured with a handgun sold by Peninsula's Premier Pro Shop. The lawsuit alleges that Peninsula's irresponsibly and unlawfully sold a firearm to a dangerous person who should not have legally been permitted to purchase a firearm in Washington. Less than 24 hours later, the shooter used the weapon purchased to attack his former domestic partner, Tabatha Leblanc, severely injuring her. Jeremy Morris: "Ms. LeBlanc deserves justice for the lifelong trauma that she will endure as a result of Peninsula’s negligence. Ensuring that Peninsula’s reforms its practices and fulfills its lawful duties will prevent future tragedies such as this from occurring.” The full complaint can be seen here: https://t.co/yQOBLcBq1y?amp=1 BRADY-STATIC.S3.AMAZONAWS.COM brady-static.s3.amazonaws.com
