Each chef has worked diligently to make a better life for their families and to create a name for themselves in the food world.
The three main chefs at this café are women from Sudan, Nepal, and Syria. Most of the other employees are immigrants/refugees as well. This establishment gives customers a chance to discover new cultures and to enjoy amazing experiences all through the common ground of food. Servers also have a chance to spread the love of their cultures by helping customers find new favorites, including Mo Mo Mo Mo dumplings, Soup du jour with stuffed cheese potato bread, and babaganoush with pita.
