Larry Salerno was attracted to Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America (FHL) for several reasons, including renewal income, opportunity for longterm financial growth, and opportunity to own his own Agency. Since joining Family Heritage Life in 2001, he’s expanded his Agency, Dynasty Financial Group, into several locations and states.
Larry’s greatest personal achievements with FHL are developing six new Sales Directors from his Dynasty Growth Program, being ‘Sales Organization of the Year’ 10 out of 15 years, and maintaining ‘Top Team Leaders’ team production 15 years running. His greatest reward, however, is “seeing the growth and development of the people, the teams, the organizations, and the Agencies around me.”
“Our systems,” Larry says, “set us apart from other companies in similar businesses. If you want to change your life for the better, simply follow our systems, and you’re almost guaranteed to be a great success. Reach out to the most successful people and organizations to learn what they do to be as good as they are. Ask for help from Family Heritage Life when you need it, because they are always there to support you.” Dynasty Financial Group gives people the opportunity to live an extraordinary life without any previous experience in the industry. Dynasty offers training to help prepare new recruits for getting licensed, offers great commission plans, and provides outstanding renewal income.
“The FHL products Dynasty Financial Group offers,” says Larry, “helps provide financial stability many people lack when life knocks them down. When they need financial support, when they are sick, hurt, and can’t work, is when we come to the rescue.”
Giving back is also part of the culture of Dynasty Financial Group. Larry and his team participate in events like annual golf tournaments to help support Sales Professionals and customers in need, annual fundraising for Texas Children’s Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and several yearly events focused on fundraising to find cures for cancer.
Larry loves to travel, play golf, volunteer at his church, and research, collect, and drink fine wine.
