About Eric Hemati
After he received his Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University in 1998, Eric Hemati sold supply-chain software. A friend’s illness drastically changed Eric’s career path.
“One of my best friends was diagnosed with cancer shortly after I first heard of Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America (FHL),” says Eric. “As I saw their lives collapse from the ongoing cost of her treatment and her missing work while fighting for her life, I became convinced that everyone needed a policy to protect them.”
He joined FHL in 2002, and has been helping people like his friend ever since. Says Eric, “Our products give people the freedom to focus on getting well and not on having to balance their checkbook to decide what treatment they can afford.”
Eric has achieved outstanding success with FHL. He received top first year sales ranking, was a recipient of the I Dare You Award, ranked #1 Team Leader in 2016, was a four-year Centurion, and a member of the Chairman’s Circle.
“At my Agency, WorkFORCE Resources, I’m passionate about mentoring other entrepreneurs into full-fledged Agency owners. The people I work with are outgoing, have a past track record of success, an entrepreneurial mentality, a positive outlook on life, and want to get paid what they’re worth. We offer them something that sets our sales organization apart from just about everyone else: a system that works,” emphasizes Eric.
To anyone considering a sales or leadership position with FHL, Eric says, “Look down the road three to four years. Who do you want to be? What kind of life do you want to live? Will your current job or career take you where you want to go? If not, consider taking a chance on yourself. Our product is a must-have for people who work for themselves. It’s a marriage made in heaven.”
“FHL gives me the freedom to live my life on my own terms," Eric concludes, "and pass that freedom along to the people I love.”
And live life he does! In addition to building his agency, he rides motorcycles, produces a television show with his friends in Austin, guest bartends for charity events, performs wedding ceremonies, skydives, bungee jumps and is a certified SCUBA diver.
Eric and his team are strong supporters of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
