“It is definitely the opportunity of a lifetime, with the ability to be financially stable and the freedom to be your own boss.” That’s the enticement Agency Owner Jacob Harr offers to anyone considering a career with Globe Life Liberty National Division Life Insurance Company. “But helping families and sharing the opportunity to work for Globe Life Liberty National Division has been the most rewarding for me. I have been among the top 10 as an Agency Director and have produced seven Agency Directors from those I personally hired and one Regional Agency Director,” he proudly adds.
After he received his BS degree from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas in 1997, where he majored in psychology and social work, Jacob worked for Lowes and became a District Manager. But his desire to be his own boss while helping families was a strong motivation for change, and he joined Globe Life Liberty National Division in 2008. Looking back at his LNL career, would he change anything? “I would have started at a younger age,” Jacob emphasizes.
Jacob is a strong believer in Globe Life Liberty National Division products and the value his Agency offers his area. “LNL products help protect families financially if there is a medical crisis,” he says. “They also help by protecting families from debt while dealing with a death, and do it within the confines of their budget.”
”Our Agency offers a unique family-oriented work environment that creates success in and around the state through personal and public recruitment,” says Jacob. “Our office and Company pride ourselves on making sure we give back to the community in multiple ways. We work with local and state agencies to help out with our ‘Closer to the Heart’ program or through quarterly donations to a designated group or organization,” he adds.
Free time means family time for Jacob. “My wife and I work with horses that have been abused or mistreated and help rehab and design a regimen for them,” he says. “I love spending time with my wife and kids outdoors hunting, fishing, and hiking. We also are active members of our church, where we love working with the youth to develop them in their faith.”
