The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) asks Massachusetts residents that receive seed packages to immediately complete an online form and follow further processing instructions on their website.

This morning on the Massachusetts Turnpike in West Springfield, Trooper Peter Mullin rescued an eagle with two broken legs from the travel lane.
Trooper Mullin turned the majestic bird over to Tom Ricardi from the Massachusetts Birds of Prey Rehab.

City of Framingham Municipal Offices

This morning, the City of Framingham received a $3.4 million MassWorks Infrastructure Grant from the Baker-Polito Administration to support the Nobscot Village Intersection Improvements Project. This grant program is highly competitive as there are 351 cities and towns in Massachusetts that are eligible to apply for this funding.
The official ceremony was held at the Christa McAuliffe Library. The City of Framingham is fortunate to have an amazing team of legislators and departments involved in this endeavor.

Reminder: State issues new guidance due to the increase in COVID-19 cases statewide: All Massachusetts residents are advised to stay home between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. The State now requires all residents five and older to wear face coverings in both indoor and outdoor public places at all times. All businesses are required to close by 9:30 p.m., except restaurant take-outs and deliveries. People are advised not to host or attend gatherings, continue practicing social distancing, wash their hands frequently, and reach out to friends and families by phone or video chat instead of in-person visits.
