GMF+ was the architect for the structure, for McLesky Properties, located in Market Square on Virginia Beach Blvd. We’re not responsible for long lines waiting for a seat or echoing sounds inside of happy customers.

Progress photos of a new self storage facility under construction in Charlottesville. We loved the challenges and opportunities of the steeply sloped site and of working with a new municipality. This design features 1 1/2 basement levels and was part of a larger development at Pantops Corner. #pantops #selfstorage #commercialarchitecture #basementdesign #towers #scaffolding

We are creating a new residential home in Cape Charles Virginia, "on the boards" so to speak. Chris Elam is the architect in charge, where exposed trusses are a feature for an open plan with a large central living area. These photos are from a house design in Denver, an inspiration to the concept for our project.
The open floor plan lifestyle is not just a USA interior trend. This design comes from a project Bangalore, India. It looks to us like interior that would get a second look in a neighborhood nearby here in Virginia Beach. Agree??

We like this townhouse design in Malaysia for its visual connection to the street front, something we were taught in architecture school as providing "eyes on the street". Its design provides an invitation to enter even though parking intrudes in the pathway.
