Hello! Andrew came to my house today and fixed my central air system. Our central AC stopped cooling on Monday afternoon. We tried some troubleshooting on our own, but nothing worked. On Tuesday morning we called the company that installed our system 10 years ago and we were told that the earliest anyone could come to our house would be Monday, August 3. We explained that it was literally 94 degrees INSIDE our house and it didn't seem to matter. After two nights of trying to sleep in what felt like an oven/sauna, we decided to try and find someone who could come sooner. We were fortunate to find GMG HVAC Inc. I sent them an email explaining the issue and the troubleshooting we did. Got back an immediate reply saying that someone would be able to come the NEXT DAY! Of course, we immediately made an appointment. Andrew came to our house this morning. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He found the problem and it was fixed quickly and the price was very reasonable. Cool air began coming out again and, at the writing of this review, we are "freezing"!!! I highly, highly, highly recommend GMG HVAC Inc. We will be using them for all our heating and cooling systems from now on."
Sorry if it was a bit "long", but I really wanted to include as much information as possible! A HUGE thank you to Andrew for caring enough to come and put us out of our misery!! We will be calling at the beginning of September to enroll in your service contract.

Hello,
I want to tell you about the technician that was sent to my home on a Sunday, to repair my AC unit. I was out of service since Saturday around 11:30PM, during this heat wave. I have a 93 year old Mom who lives with me, so I needed help ASAP. Firstly, I want to "THANK YOU," for sending out someone at all. I do not have a contract nor did I ever use your services. I was at the mercy of whomever. I called several AC companies. Some responded and others did not. Some promised to keep me informed, since they were on emergency calls. But, they never did. Others, I had to be a customer of their Oil Company. Then I saw GMG and gave it a shot.
On Sunday, Andrew showed up at my home and went straight to work. Andrew was very technically knowledgeable He found a fraid wire that rubbed up against a Freon pipe. Andrew repaired the wire and re-ran the other wires to isolate them from the pipe. Andrew then checked the high and low pressure Freon circuits. Andrew found the high pressure was too high. He immediately cleaned out the cooling coils and the pressure came into normal range. Andrew also changed a capacitor that's been in there since day one. After double-checking everything, he neatly cleaned up and put everything back in place.
Please send Andrew our sincere "THANK YOU." Andrew is very professional, friendly, a good listener and explained everything he found and repaired. A true gem!

Thank you Andrew for coming to our house monday at 10:30pm within an hour of my call. It was 90 degrees and the central air stopped working.
