First to stand on the precipice. Second to experience the sight and sound of the falls themselves. Lastly to view the canyon , as beautiful of a site as I have ever seen.

Sitting here in the doctors office (during a hydrogen peroxide IV), feeling so blessed. After we (the doctor & I) talked, he asked if it would be okay to pray for me. So he, his nurse, & I held hands and prayed together, followed by hugs and encouraging words. That kind of care is hard to find, and priceless. I’m so thankful for Dr Gonino & his staff. 🥰

VM on your left , and JC on your right , are #miracles of the highest order. Both of these women have survived #metastaticcancer for multiple years with zero chemotherapy and zero radiation therapy. 😊Gloria in Excelsis Deo! These women inspire me, and they teach all of us that at any point in our lives we can make the choice to not live in fear, but instead choose to live in #faith. When we make that leap , miracles become commonplace. We are all God’s favorite. He seeks #fellowship with us , and in times of trial offers us the opportunity to surrender , in faith and #trust , to His will in our lives. I wish for you a season of faith and love.

Hello Facebook friends and Happy #Halloween !🎃
Yesterday was our office dress up day , and our staff never disappoints - Michael was his best Spider-Man ever, Carrie was drawing blood in the IV room as Dracula , Crystal , Ashlee, Kirby and Makayla were great as Where’s Waldo, the Chick Fil-A cow, the Alkalizing Fairy and the best clown ever.
But the gag that had me fighting for air because I was laughing so hard was Morgan and Kyndall as myself and Tricia. I realize it’s largely an inside joke , so I don’t expect you to laugh, but hopefully we made you smile. They put in much work to get every last detail down, and I think they nailed it.
I hope you all enjoy your Halloween festivities , this weekend , and that extra hour of sleep we get on Sunday.

Good morning everyone and Happy #Thanksgiving 🦃. I realize your dinner table may look a little different this year, but however it looks will be perfect. It’s been a tough year in many ways, no doubt.
But in the midst of all that is happening , I encourage you to see the glass as half full , instead of half empty. In addition, what a great opportunity to practice #love and #compassion; a chance for all of us to rise to the occasion to help our brethren. ( Matthew 25:40).
I remember one of the greatest experiences of my life occurred over Friday, Sat, Sun, and Monday of Labor Day weekend 2005. #HurricaneKatrina had devastated New Orleans and they bused the survivors to the #DFWMetroplex. Our office served in many ways over those 4 days - at churches , sorting clothes , preparing meals, and medically at the Dallas convention center and on 103 degree pavement at Bigtown parking lot, as these people stepped off bus after bus.
This is another opportunity of that sort. As some of you know, I had the amazing opportunity to interview Tommy Rosa on December 30, 2016. Tommy was in a crosswalk years ago and was struck by a car traveling at 40mph and died. His spirit went to Heaven, met Jesus, was given 8 health revelations and allowed to come back to Earth to write “ Health Revelations from Heaven and Earth “,
with my mentor and friend @DrStephenSinatra
When I interviewed Tommy I asked him, “ So Tommy, you are in Heaven talking to Jesus. He gave you 8 health revelations. Did he say that any of the 8 was more important than the others, or did he weight them all the same?” Tommy did not hesitate and said, “ #Jesus said that absolutely the first health revelation is the most important , “ We are all connected.”
What we are going through now with the virus, people out of work, people waiting in lines for food , restaurants at 1/2 capacity, etc. , are all opportunities to show up.
And it doesn’t have to be big , it can be small. For example, I have literally fed the homeless in downtown Dallas before. Amazing experience. Open up the trunk of my car, and 200 sandwiches and bottles of water were gone in about 7-8 minutes. 7-8 of the best minutes of my life. Win - win.
Now that I am older and have less time , it’s more me sitting down at my desk, and writing checks to North Texas Food Bank, Christian Children’s Fund, Water.org or obviously The Tree of Life at our office. What you do doesn’t have to be big. Remember #MotherTeresa’s words , “ In this life do no great things. Do many little things with great love.” ❤️.
Give what you can, where you can, and when you can. It may just be a smile or a hug. That works. Because it’s healing. Sometimes God uses us to heal on a physical level. Other times on an emotional or spiritual level. It’s all good.
Take care. Enjoy your family and friends. ( pets , trees, flowers, etc.)
