Good Moodra Yoga is a place where yogis of all levels come to share their unique practices and learn and grow with their peers with common goals and ambitions. It allows for a safe, judgement-free space for students to ask questions, share feedback, and receive modifications to their practice. We will consistently reinforce that the purpose of yoga is not to “get into poses,” but to experience their bodies moving and stretching, and strengthening at their own paces while allowing the mind to relax, manage their stress and ultimately, improve their mood!
