At this moment 36 years ago I was in a Houston Emergency Room.
My back was broken and I was paralyzed for life.
Little did I know that I would one day become Governor of the great state of Texas.
We all face difficult challenges that we can overcome.

Our Director of Nursing, Sherri Prater, and her family are in need of prayers! Her granddaughter, Hunsley, is headed to Minnesota next week for a bone marrow transplant. She will be there for a few months as she goes through the treatment. We stand with this family in constant prayer and support. Our office staff wore our Hope for Hunsley shirts to show our love for this sweet girl!
