Does Homeowners Insurance Cover Jewelry?
Hey Flockers,
Our office currently writes insurance in the Carolinas, Virginia, Georgia, & Florida.
Although it is very hard to compare rates even in the same neighborhood there is something I've noticed that may be able to help you when deciding on your deductibles.
Generally most folks in the Carolina's choose a $1000 deductible as there is not a significant difference in premium savings when we quote the $2500 option.
Florida homeowners insurance policies however tend to have more of a savings when we quote the $2500 deductible option and more of our clients are inclined to take the higher deductible option.
It really comes down to your personal preference and what kind of deductible you are comfortable with paying in the event of a loss.

I can guarantee you that someone in your community has had to find a different source of income over the last 6 months because of the shutdown of the entertainment business.
