The project is a collection of business builders focused on supporting and growing world-class manufacturing companies. Located in the beautiful 200,000+ sq/ft of office, retail and restaurants of Harwood 10, the Sky Island Capital office is finished out with features like exposed painted ceilings and concrete columns while combining them with custom millwork and demountable glass partitions.

Their core values are guiding principles that needed to be a part of their office space as much as their office culture. Their Fort Worth office incorporated those values along with beautiful touches in a Class A office finish-out including various multi-use spaces and an open floor plan.

Intellicentrics has a more than 20-year history of providing world-class healthcare technology from its headquarters in Flower Mound, TX. When it was time to update their headquarters the group took over the entire top floor (32,000 sq. ft.) of the Lakeside International Office Center in the 150-acre multi-use development. This Class AA, first-generation space is a combination of private and open huddle rooms, board rooms, and lounge areas. Thanks to the JLL team for your partnership on the project!
Features and Finishes: many unique LED light fixtures, wood baffles, millwork pieces, felt structures to be seen around every corner and a training room with a large folding partition that opened up to the main breakroom which included a stone waterfall counter and a moss wall.
