I am a trained health psychologist. What does this mean? Well, for starters it means that I believe in a holistic approach to mental healthcare. Specifically, I incorporate a mind-body approach into my treatment. I use a mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral therapy approach and teach you practical somatic-based skills such as mindfulness, biofeedback, yoga stretching, and diaphragmatic breathing to reduce tension and stress in both your mind and body.
