Whole Wheat Pasta–Around here, the words ALL Natural mean something. It means we use REAL food in REAL pasta. Gourmet Texas Pasta uses real vegetables, herbs, and spices that we grind and combine ourselves. We leave the powdered vegetables (egg and dairy) to the other guys. Nothing artificial EVER in our whole wheat pasta!
Gluten Free Pasta– Gluten-free pasta shouldn’t taste like punishment. What’s the sense in buying yucky pasta only to have to search high and low for a sauce to cover the taste? Our gluten-free pasta starts with the same vegetables, herbs and spices of our whole-wheat pasta versions. We swap rice flour & tapioca for the wheat, giving us a delightfully fresh flavor that stands alone.
Vegan Pasta – Made with only the finest and freshest ingredients, and no animal-based products ever, all of our pasta varieties are also vegan-friendly.
