Dr. Grace Chen is the Clinical Chief of UCLA's Division of Geriatrics. She currently holds the title of a Health Sciences Associate Clinical Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine, University of California Los Angeles.
Dr. Chen is a primary care physician for Geriatric patients. She also sees patients in consultation for a variety of geriatric syndromes, especially those related to memory loss and dementia. Dr. Chen has a special interest in memory disorders evaluation and assisting patients and their families with issues related to memory loss.
In addition to her outpatient practice, Dr. Chen also attends on the inpatient Geriatrics service at Santa Monica-UCLA hospital.
Dr. Chen teaches all levels of trainees at both the outpatient and inpatient sites.
In addition to her clinical and teaching responsibilities, Dr. Chen strives to improve the delivery of care for older patients in the UCLA Health System in her role as the Clinical Chief for the Division of Geriatrics.
