Grace P. Lee, Ph.D., J.D., is an experienced and insightful psychologist offering mental health services to individuals ages 18 and over in Midtown, New York. Through her private practice, Dr. Lee is dedicated to helping patients learn effective strategies to manage stress, trauma, or other mental health challenges.
Dr. Lee’s training began at the University of California, Los Angeles where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She went on to study law at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, earning her Juris Doctorate degree. She earned her Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology at Palo Alto University, and she received her Doctor of Philosophy degree in clinical psychology at the same university.
Dr. Lee’s professional experience includes work as a consulting psychologist and as the deputy director of the Forensic Psychology Group which provides expert witness testimony and forensic psychological evaluations—for children and adults—in criminal cases, immigration, employment, and personal injury law. She has been in private practice since 2008. In addition, she provides peer consultation to psychologists to discuss complex treatment cases, ethical concerns, and also, to broaden psychologists’ knowledge and expertise in their psychotherapy treatments with their patients. Dr. Lee also provides clinical supervision.
