This position is the key support person in the Human Resources department and assists the Human Resources Manager with recruitment and record maintenance, and people and administrative support.
Minimum Requirements:
• Commitment to our mission of serving our seniors, each other, and our community to promote the
dignity and independence of our client and their needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Human Resources knowledge/experience a plus.
• Ability to speak publicly.
• Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information discreetly in a professional manner.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office products, Outlook, and database navigation.
• Intermediate knowledge of office equipment including phone, computer, fax, copier, and scanner.
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
