Gracen Property Solutions was founded in 2017. Its parent company is Gracen Marketing that also worked on interior design. In time, Gracen Marketing decided to branch out to furnished rentals.

When Gracen Property Solutions was starting out, it catered to medical students and those who were undergoing corporate training. Both these groups proved to be great clients for short-term or extended stay rentals.
Short term rentals are spaces that are rented by tenants for less than a year. A variation of this is the extended stay rental, which refers to spaces in hotels or hotel-type apartments that are rented by tenants for less than a year. We also offer weekly living arrangements.
