Puppet Stretches

I've found that a lot of medical/dental providers who do tongue-tie release don't understand how to explain the stretches. Often, parents are left confused, and that confusion leads to reattachment and a lack of improvement.
I've put together this instructional video on how the stretches are done, along with the rationale for why I do them the way that I do. I've added this video to my aftercare section at drghaheri.com/aftercare
I hope it helps!
