Our patient was unhappy with her current smile and wanted a more youthful appearance. We used a conservative approach and performed direct composite veneers. Is your baby getting his first🦷? So is ours!
Many parents ask at what age do babies get their first tooth and which one will erupt first. Typically, your child's first tooth will erupt around 6-7 months old and will be one of the bottom front teeth. Teeth also tend to erupt in pairs, i.e. ✌️ bottom front teeth, ✌️ top front teeth, etc.
Since every child is different, we look more at the pattern of teeth eruption rather than timing⏰ of when they come in.
Did your baby get his first 🦷at only a few months old? Or has your baby had his first birthday🎂 but no🦷 yet? That's OK!
Did your baby get his top front tooth before his bottom front tooth? That's OK too!
Our son, Matthew, didn't fit any of the normal teeth patterns.🤭 He didn't get his first tooth until almost 14 months old, and it was his top front tooth! And you know how teeth like to erupt in pairs? Well, not his! The second tooth that came in was a bottom front tooth! But he's healthy, (gummy) smiling, and nothing has stopped him from eating 🍓🍜🥦. So we'll just be keeping an eye on things and crossing our fingers for more teeth! 🤞

As you enter the office, one of the first friendly people you may meet is Tera. She joined our team in the summer and always has a positive attitude!
1. Tera is originally from Detroit, MI! Detroit pride runs through her veins and she loves University of Michigan football! GO BLUE!
2. Even though she has a dog and four turtles, Tera is obsessed with cats! Not only does she have two cats herself, she loves anything to do with cats. She will wear a cat t-shirt and day!
3. Did you know that she's been to almost all 50 states? The next stop on her list to visit is Alaska! Her favorite place so far has been visiting the Grand Teton Mountains near Yellowstone National Park.
4. Tera comes from a long line of Germans! Did you know that her family still owns their original house from the 1400s in Germany?
5. Tera absolutely loves monster roller coasters! She rode her first monster coaster when she was 10 years old, and visits Cedar Point any time she gets just to try out the new roller coasters!
