SAN FRANCISCO, CA client - locally we offer complimentary 1 hour in-home consultation where we can meet you in your home or our showroom to discuss scale & details of your project. You do NOT pay anything for initial consultation unless you decide we are a right fit for you & you are ready to proceed to the next step of design process.
BAY AREA, CA client - beyond San Francisco Metro Area our design consultation fee is $150 for time & travel. If you decide we are a right fit for your project, you will receive a $100 Grats Decor store credit. Depending on your design project & needs, one of our experienced designers will meet you in your home with design suggestions, our featured designer lines and/or fabric samples upon request.
NATIONWIDE & INTERNATIONAL client - for our long distance inquiries information is gladly given upon request. With a few measurements and photos, we can prepare complimentary suggestions, give advice or plan entire designs. Grats Decor will implement extensive and individual research with images, fabric swatches, and finishes to present everyone with our interior design services. We will review each request individually depending on your project requirements.

- INTERIOR DESIGN - For us Interior Design has become an art & passion, not a profession. We understand that everyone has different home interior decorating ideas and San Francisco offers many unique design stores.
We try to incorporate many styles and have acquired sources in design industry that helps us create timeless interiors, but our overall goal is your satisfaction and luxury interior design. We will not only show you catalogs, but will search for the perfect piece to fit your style and interiors. If you cannot stop by our showroom or take advantage of our SF 1-hour complimentary consultation, please email or call us with any inquires or questions, we try to take individual approach to each situation as no two project are the same. On our website you will find an easy to fill out Interior Design Form that will help us understand your project better.
- 3D RENDERINGS - This streamlined process makes all the guesswork, visualization and overall cost very clear. Within the 3D rendering changes can be made as needed, labor cost & material can be calculated accurately and our clients know exactly how their project will look with no surprises. Once final design is approved we can initiate the design, whether it will be Interior Design or Interior Design with Construction.
- CUSTOM & DESIGNER FURNITURE - We strive to be unique and different. We sway from mass produced & over publicized items. In our showroom we represent over 10 brand name furniture lines with one being our own, custom upholstery and slipcovered pieces made in California. Our pieces are hand - made, made to order & some have a limited number produced. Prior to working with our manufactures and designer lines, we personally visited our partner's factories, warehouse and shops in over 10 states to compile quality products we can stand behind. With our Interior Design services, our clients receive the best deals and prices as we are direct furniture source to the public & other Interior Designers.
- REMODEL & NEW CONSTRUCTION - These services include: Painting, Flooring & Tile Installation, Plumbing & Heating Repairs, Electrical Work, Building Foundations, Architectural and Concrete Repairs. Being in the design industry for so many years, we have acquired and built relationships with the best trade professionals and Home Remodeling resources that will save you time and money.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT - We can be there for you from start to finish saving you time and money. These services include everything from overseeing project timeline to pulling permits and passing inspections.
