Over the past week, we have been experiencing intermittent issues with our means of communication out of our office. As we continue to restore our communication methods (including phones, e-mail, and any other online request), please know that we should get to any submitted question or concern very soon as our IT department continues to restore our services.
Our emergency maintenance phone line is still fully functional should there be a need for it.

Taking care of our residents is our first priority. After hours emergency requests for maintenance will be responded to promptly. For after hours emergencies, please call the emergency maintenance line by calling our office and following the prompt.
DO NOT SUBMIT EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS ONLINE. THE REQUEST WILL NOT BE SEEN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
Qualified emergencies include: fire, flood, toilet overflowing or not working, plumbing leaks, standing water in sink or tub, gas fumes or odor, no utilities, no hot water, fridge or freezer not working, no parking lot lights (all, not just one), no corridor lights (all, not just one), oven or range not working, smoke alarm chirping or not turning off, resident lock out, broken lock, police call, and/or noise complaints.
Tomorrow is National Fruit at Work Day! Don't break that promise to yourself that you'd start eating better and start tomorrow morning by planning to have some fruit during the work day whether you're in the office or working from home. #FruitAtWorkDay 🍎🍓🍇🍊

As we head into the colder months, this is a reminder that all pet owners must still pick up after their pets. Waiting for the snow to cover it up is not a means of cleaning up. Also, be sure to keep your pet(s) on a leash whenever you are outside on community grounds.
