Dr. Pregenzer earned his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey, in 2011, graduating with honors.
After medical school, he completed a urology residency at the University of Connecticut in Mansfield, Connecticut, where he began to develop his expertise in prosthetic urology and the penile implants. He finished his residency in 2016, joined the medical staff at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut, and continued to deepen his skills in prosthetic urology.
