About the Role:
The Staffing Coordinator will serve as a liaison between patient families and private duty nurses, as well as our clinical and operations teams. Your primary mandate is ensuring seamless coordination that results in health care worker satisfaction while providing overall excellence in customer service.
What you will do:
- Process patient referrals
- Ensure customer success
- Maintain strong relationships with all referral sources
- Oversee coordination of nursing care for private pay clients
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy with dignity and respect

About You:
- 3+ years previous experience in staffing coordination
- Experience delivering excellent customer service

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while handling challenging situations
- Undergraduate degree preferred
