Yesterday we lost a husband, a father, a grandfather, a brother, an uncle, and a great friend to many. Our hearts will forever be saddened by the passing of our Laki. As immigrants, almost 39 years ago he, his brother, and their wives took a risk to create the Greek Islands restaurant to provide a life for their families. In doing so, they have created a community that will mourn his loss together. May his legacy live on through his family, friends, customers, and employees. May his memory be eternal. May he Rest In Peace.
