Nate attended a plant based culinary school in Austin, Texas and interned at the James Beard award winning restaurant, Uchi owned by Iron Chef contender Tyson Cole. Nate brought all his experience and passion to his home on Cape Cod to open his first restaurant. The Green Lotus Cafe has a true taste of health, full juice, smoothie & coffee bar, serving breakfast and lunch. We have the freshest, wholesome food in the area.
