COVID-19 Update 6/10/20
According to OVMA and AVMA recommendations, we are continuing to limit access to the building and continuing with curbside service until further notice.
We are continuing our current hours until further notice:
Monday - Friday: 8:00am-6:00pm
Saturdays: 8:00am- 1:00pm
There is currently a phone outage in our area. We do not have phone or internet service. The phone company said it potentially could be a couple hours before we are back up and running. We have staff manning the parking lot if you are coming for an appointment or to pick up supplies.
ANNOUNCEMENT - EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1st
We are currently experiencing high appointment demand. We are doing our best to see as many pets as possible each day. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing “No Shows” and last minute cancellations almost every day. This is wasting our valuable appointment time and we have decided that as of August 1st, we will be instituting a fee for No Shows and last minute cancellations. We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you give us at least 6 hours of notice so that we can try and use the time for another pet. Our fee will be $25 per pet.

COVID-19 Update 5/29/20
We will be continuing curbside only for now while we finalize the plan for opening up the building to clients. We should be able to announce our plans next week. We anticipate allowing clients into the building in some capacity starting the second week of June.
Thank you for your support and patience as we all deal with this health crisis.
