How long will ammunition last? Earlier there was some dicussion concearning Ammo that was 20 years old. I have always said if you keep it in a cool dry place ammunition will live longer than you. I have shot ammo that was WWII surplus just this year. Take care of your equipment and it will take care of you. Check out some 96 year old 45.
