We hope this message finds you healthy during these challenging times as we all cope with COVID-19.
Local officials have notified us that it is safe to reopen for business again, but by appointment only.
The following will be our protocol
1. No more than four (4) patients allowed in the office at one time, only one patient per doctor (unless they are the guardian/caregiver of the scheduled patient). Please bring your own mask/PPE to your appointment - patients will be required to wear a mask while in the office.
2. Upon arriving for your scheduled appointment, call or text the office at 304-342-5900. GVC staff will screen you from your car in the parking lot (COVID health questionnaire, take temperature etc.) & escort you through the office safely.
3. Rigorous cleaning and sterilization protocols completed BEFORE & AFTER each patient. Staff will be wearing surgical masks at all times.
4. Please be patient and understanding during this time, as we follow guidelines from the CDC, federal, state and local governments officials, and our American Optometric Association.
IMPORTANT: If you are infected with COVID-19, think you may have been infected or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please contact us in advance. This way we can instruct you on where to go and how to proceed for the safety of everyone.
We are here for you, as always.
