1. We love our customers, and although our team is doing business as usual, we don’t ever want you to feel uncomfortable about shaking hands or standing close. Therefore, our techs have been instructed to practice social distancing during services.
2. Every morning before we send anyone out the door to your home, we take their temperature, to ensure everyone stays healthy.
3. Each truck that goes out to help you is equipped with soap and water, and every member of our team that you see has washed their hands before they walked to your door.
4. Our technicians have always worn specialized booties and gloves, so we are continuing to provide them for every visit.
Our office team is also taking further steps to maintain the cleanliness of our space, such as daily sanitizing all areas, as well as door handles, desks, phones, keyboards and mouses.
